About Hill AFB

Hill Air Force Base, located in northern Utah near Ogden, is one of the largest and most critical installations for the U.S. Air Force. Established in 1940, Hill AFB is home to the 75th Air Base Wing, the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, and various other tenant units, including the 388th and 419th Fighter Wings, which operate F-35A Lightning II aircraft. The base plays a vital role in maintenance, repair, and overhaul for a variety of aircraft and weapons systems.
