What This Does
- Stops marketing outreach: Blocks marketing or sales calls and texts from VA Loan Network to the number you submit.
- Does not block requested service: It does not block operational messages you explicitly request, such as a response to a message you sent, unless you also withdraw consent for those.
- Does not add you to lender lists: This request does not add you to any lender’s Do Not Call list. Contact lenders directly to manage their lists.

If you request one on one help and choose to speak with a lender, that lender’s contact and opt out rules apply to their communications.

Timing and Retention
- Processing: We honor Do Not Call requests within 30 days, and often sooner when possible.
- Retention: We maintain Do Not Call status for at least five years unless you provide new consent.
- New consent: If you later submit a new inquiry or provide your number again, that may constitute fresh consent and can override a prior Do Not Call request.
