VA Loan Network is an education and lender-matching network for VA-eligible borrowers. We are not a lender. We do not underwrite, approve, or fund loans. Partner lenders make all credit decisions and provide required loan disclosures.
- How we earn: We may receive a referral fee from a participating lender when you choose to work with them. Any compensation is disclosed and is never tied to your approval outcome, interest rate, or specific product choice.
- Not a lender: VA Loan Network does not originate loans, make loan commitments, guarantee rates, or set terms. Lenders are responsible for underwriting, closing, servicing, and providing Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other required documents.
- Matching and availability: Lender options, programs, and pricing are determined by partners and may vary by credit profile, entitlement, property type, location, and internal underwriting standards. Not all consumers will qualify for any advertised terms.
- Advertised rates and terms: Any rates, APRs, credits, or product information shown on our Site or in ads are provided by participating lenders and may change without notice based on market conditions and your qualifications. Always confirm current terms directly with the lender.
- Credit information: Lenders may use your credit report and scores from consumer reporting agencies to evaluate eligibility and pricing. VA Loan Network does not make approval decisions or determine minimum credit thresholds.
- No guarantee of offers: We cannot guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that any lender will extend a loan offer, or that any particular terms will be available for your situation.
- Transparency and conflicts: We prohibit pay-to-place or quota-driven placement in our shortlists. Our comparisons emphasize standardized criteria (including APR, fees, credits, timelines, and service) to reduce bias.
