This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website, content, tools, and services provided by VA Loan Network (“VA Loan Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
1. What We Are
VA Loan Network is an education and lender matching network for VA-eligible borrowers. We are not a lender. We do not underwrite, approve, or fund loans. Partner lenders make all credit decisions and provide required disclosures.
2. How We Earn
We may receive a referral fee from a participating lender if you choose to work with them. Any compensation is disclosed and is not tied to approval, interest rate, or product choice. See our Partner Transparency page for details.
3. Eligibility and Use
- You must be at least 18 and use the site from within the United States.
- You agree to use the site for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
- We may update the site or this Agreement at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

5. Intellectual Property
The site and its content are owned by VA Loan Network or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Violating laws or third-party rights.
- Interfering with site security or operation.
- Scraping or automated collection without written permission.
- Impersonation, false information, or fraud.
- Spam, malware, or other harmful conduct.
7. Educational Content Only
Site content is for educational purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Always review lender disclosures and consult your own advisers.
8. Rates, Offers, and Third Parties
- Rates, APRs, credits, and timelines shown on the site or in ads are provided by participating lenders and may change without notice.
- Not all consumers qualify for advertised terms. Qualification depends on lender criteria and your profile.
- We are not a party to your transactions with third-party lenders or service providers.
9. Electronic Communications and E-SIGN Consent
By using the site, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic notices satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but doing so may limit access to services.
10. Consent to Contact and Do Not Call
When you submit a form, you consent for VA Loan Network and participating lenders to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by call or text using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time. See our Do Not Call page for options.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Loan Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VA Loan Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the site or breach of this Agreement.
14. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue
- Governing Law: Texas law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict of laws rules.
- Arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Bexar County, Texas, administered by a reputable arbitration provider under its consumer rules. You waive class actions and jury trial.
- Small Claims and Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek relief in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time for any reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the policies linked here are the entire agreement between you and VA Loan Network regarding the site and services.
