I found myself in a very difficult position (credit-wise) right before I needed to apply for mortgages. My previous lender dropped the ball right before closing when they lost funding sources and didn’t inform anyone about it! Matt Schwartz and Christy Burwell took the challenge on right away. Matt was constantly re-assuring me every step of the way and made sure that we even had a backup plan just in case the VA loan didn’t go through.

Matt came up with a game plan to improve my score in record time. Not only did it improve my score enough for approval, it even made sure it went through automated approval instead of manual underwriting! Matt and Christy took a stressful situation and turned it into one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in my homebuying experience. I will forever be in their debt (figuratively and literally)! I will tell all of my friends to check them out whenever they need mortgage services and you should to!

As first time home buyers, we didnt have a clue on what to expect honestly. This process started as just a feeler type situation because I knew my credit was beyond useful and I just wanted to gauge where I was.
