I originally contacted Matt a few months ago after getting rejected by mortgage companies left and right due to my credit troubles but not Matt he saw what needed to be done and made a comprehensive plan for me to get my credit where it needs to be and assured me it was the best path forward. I followed everything he said to a tee and I was not disappointed my wife and I are officially homeowners just a few short months later and I honestly cannot express my gratitude. Matt Schwartz was like an angel sent from heaven lol before Matt and cross country called, I had been denied by every single lender. Matt and his team helped my wife and I purchase our first home using the VA loan. He was always one call or text away to answer any questions. I found myself in a very difficult position (credit-wise) right before I needed to apply for mortgages. My previous lender dropped the ball right before closing when they lost funding sources and didn’t inform anyone about it! Matt Schwartz and Christy Burwell took the challenge on right away. Not only did it improve my score enough for approval, it even made sure it went through automated approval instead of manual underwriting! Matt and Christy took a stressful situation and turned it into one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in my homebuying experience. I will forever be in their debt (figuratively and literally)! I will tell all of my friends to check them out whenever they need mortgage services and you should to!

As first time home buyers, we didnt have a clue on what to expect honestly. This process started as just a feeler type situation because I knew my credit was beyond useful and I just wanted to gauge where I was.
