These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of this website, including our content, tools, and services (the “Services”), provided by VA Loan Network (“VA Loan Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

VA Loan Network is a VA loan education and guidance platform, not a lender. Lenders make credit decisions, set rates and fees, and provide required loan disclosures.

1. What We Are

VA Loan Network is a VA loan education and guidance platform built for Veterans and Service Members. We are not a mortgage lender or broker. We do not underwrite, approve, or fund loans, and we do not set rates or fees. If you request help through our forms, we may coordinate an introduction to a VA loan specialist who can provide required lender disclosures if you choose to apply.

  • Not a lender: Loan approvals and underwriting decisions are made by the lender.
  • Not a government agency: We are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.

2. How We Earn

We may receive compensation from a partner when you choose to work with them. This compensation is not tied to your approval outcome, a specific rate, or a particular product choice. 3. Eligibility and Use

  • Age and location: You must be at least 18 years old and use the Services in the United States.
  • Lawful use: You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
  • Changes: We may update the Services or this Agreement. Continued use means you accept the updated Agreement.

4. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. See our Security Policy for additional detail about security practices and reasonable safeguards.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, branding, design, and tools, are owned by VA Loan Network or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal or harmful use: Violating laws, infringing rights, or attempting to harm users or the Services.
  • Security interference: Attempting to bypass, probe, or interfere with security or site operation.
  • Automated collection: Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection without written permission.
  • Misrepresentation: Impersonation, false information, or fraud.
  • Malware and spam: Introducing malicious code, spam, or other harmful conduct.

7. Educational Content Only

Content on the Services is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Always review lender disclosures and consult your own advisers as appropriate for your situation.

8. Rates, Offers, and Third Parties

  • Rates and terms: Any rates, APRs, credits, or timelines referenced on the site or in ads may change and may not be available to all borrowers.
  • Qualification: Qualification depends on lender criteria and your profile. Not all consumers qualify for advertised terms.
  • Third party relationships: We are not a party to your transactions with third party lenders or service providers.

9. Electronic Communications and E SIGN Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic notices satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but doing so may limit your access to certain Services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Loan Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VA Loan Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

14. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue

  • Governing law: Texas law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict of laws rules.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Bexar County, Texas, administered by a reputable arbitration provider under its consumer rules. You waive class actions and jury trial.
  • Small claims and injunctive relief: Either party may seek relief in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the policies linked here are the entire agreement between you and VA Loan Network regarding the Services.
