Not a Direct Lender or Mortgage Broker

VA Loan Network is not a mortgage lender, bank, credit union, or mortgage broker. We do not take mortgage applications, underwrite loans, make credit decisions, or issue loan approvals, commitments, or closing documents.

Our role is to help you connect with up to three independent, VA-approved mortgage lenders that may be able to offer VA home loans. Any loan terms, interest rates, fees, or closing costs are determined solely by the participating lenders, not by VA Loan Network.
