VA Loan Network is a veteran owned, VA-only comparison network. We are not a lender. We serve a diverse community of Veterans and Military families, including active duty, Guard and Reserve, surviving spouses, and disabled Veterans. Our goal is to present information that is accurate, accessible, and respectful to all readers.

Inclusive Language and Representation

  • People-first language: we avoid stereotypes and write with clarity and respect for Service members, spouses, surviving spouses, and caregivers.
  • Imagery and examples: photos, illustrations, and scenarios aim to reflect the diversity of the Military community across age, race, gender, service era, family structure, and disability status.

Coverage Commitments

  • Equitable guidance: we explain benefits and risks consistently, including details relevant to disabled Veterans, surviving spouses, and Guard and Reserve borrowers.
  • Practical relevance: examples and checklists reflect real situations such as PCS timelines, surviving spouse eligibility, entitlement restoration, multi-unit ownership, and retirement or separation from service.
  • Review cadence: priority guides are reviewed periodically and when VA or related agency rules change in ways that could affect eligible borrowers.

Alignment With Fair Lending Principles

While VA Loan Network does not make credit decisions, we support fair lending and equal access to information. Our matching and content practices are designed not to discriminate based on protected characteristics.
